hard light small rooms

The taxi service outside was not easy to access. The rooms felt quite small, almost cramped. There was also this hard light in the middle of the room. I kept bumping my head on it. It was pretty annoying! The views were not excellent as they were far in the distance.

the hotel had easy access to the train station. this made travel simple. many dining and shopping options were available. the staff were very helpful to me. the location was really convenient. the beds were comfy and large.

the street noise reached my room on the 13th floor.

i found the location convenient for exploring. it connected directly to the station via a skywalk. many restaurants located within the building complex provided various dining options. the staff were helpful and friendly attending to every need we had.

the self check-in system felt complex and required assistance which was a bit inconvenient

a mostly good stay

central location friendly staff taxi access small room

i found the location really convenient, it was right at the center of the area. the staff were also great, and breakfast was tasty with a lot of options. i especially liked the variety at the special table, it changed every day.

It wasn't easy to get a taxi outside, i struggled a little. the rooms felt very small for what i paid. I also kept hitting my head on a hard light in the middle of the room, annoying!

central location language variety

the hotel is in a very handy location near the shibuya crossing and the train station. it made getting around so easy. the staff were amazing and everyone spoke several languages. i especially enjoyed that the breakfast buffet included vegetarian choices.

i noticed taxis struggled a bit to get to the hotel, unless they were familiar with the shibuya area? it wasn't a major issue, but something to be aware of.
